Meet Our Team
She has been declared as voice to the nations. She has traveled throughout the world preaching and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. In Crusades, Women's Conferences, Youth Conferences, Revivals and Tent Revivals, She has seen hundreds of souls saved, healed, delivered, baptized with the gift of tongues, and walk away with miracles.
Her ministry consist of hosting twice a year an annual women's retreat Come Draw From The Well, She is known as a mentor, teaching Deliverance Classes, She has her own ministry in Deliverance Call They Are Subject to His Name. She walks in the power and authority given to her through the Blood, Cross, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ.

He has been a pastor for the past 10 years, His love for Jesus Christ, his focus is to see the lost saved. He also runs a school called compassion with over 300 children attending Monday - Saturday. He has just started training class with compassion in teaching women to sew to give them a trade.
He helps to schedule and organize our meeting while we are in Tanzania. He is our guide our friend and brother. His family is our family we have been truly blessed with this divine connection.

He proclaims the gospel of Jesus Christ as we work together in the great commission, As he builds relationships in the calling that God has called us to, as he leads and heads up projects at orphanage's, and other work sites. He is focused on following God's directions on the mission field. As you could imagine this is not always easy to do as the work environment can be challenging at times. God has opened many doors for us in the past 7 years to get his work done even when it seemed impossible.
He would tell you the most important part of working the Missions Field is to share the love of Jesus Chris. through building trust in relationships they see the love of Jesus.
He will start our biggest project this year 2021 as he breaks ground on The Good News Home. The home is completed inside 2023, now phase 4 working on the outside grounds.

We welcome Connie to our team, she is a very important asset to OTWIM. “Valuable member of this team” she is a professional in her service and serving the kingdom of God. She has been serving the Lords for many years. She has worked on many project with churches in the past. We are honored to add her to the team as our Secretary and Treasure, thank you for saying yes.
We are thrilled to welcome Cassie to our team. She will be our team facilitator. We know you're going to be a valuable asset to our ministry. She has been going to Tanzania for year, here work there on the grounds has impacted many lives. She will organize our mission trips from the state to Tanzania. Welcome aboard Cassie.

Ms. Lynn was a treasure for 12 years at New Beginnings Church, a board member for 20, Youth Director, Teacher and treasure for 15, and Women's ministry for 20 years, She has also work in outreach ministries in reaching the lost, hurting, those in need. She meets them right where they are to revile the love of Jesus Christ.Her heart to sever the kingdom of God is a true love in seeing lives changed. Prayer for salvation: Father, I thank you for sending your son to die for my sins. At this time, let every sin in my life be taken away. I humble myself and I acknowledge the sacrifice of your only son, My Savior, Jesus Christ. I ask the Lord Jesus, to come and be the Lord and the King over my life. Lord Jesus, I surrender to you. My mind, my soul, my spirit, my body and everything you’ve given me. This day remove my name from every book of judgement and hell and let my name appear in the Lamb’s Book of Life as you originally planned for me. From this day, I will follow you, I will obey you. I will submit to your voice and your word. Now, oh Lord. Put your spirit within me and give me a new spirit. Cause me to follow your will and do your statutes. In the name of Jesus, I surrender to you. Thank you, Lord Jesus, for receiving me, for being my God, and for allowing me to be your child, in Jesus name. Amen.
